Product description:

A 2-post lift with barrier-free passage and 8-fold double-S design post

and stable safety lock, for cars, sports cars, SUVs & small vans with a medium wheelbase up to 4500kg

with conventional two-hand operation

Manual 1-sided unlocking

Electric drain valve opener when lowering at the push of a button,

The stage is durable, high-quality powder-coated, insensitive and almost maintenance-free.

Automatic mechanical crash safety lock integrated on both sides.

The powerful motor and two powerful maintenance-free hydraulic cylinders make lifting and lowering easier

which work according to the " direct drive principle " and remain completely within the column even when the maximum lifting height is reached, so that no additional free space above the columns has to be considered.

(no carriage chains, idler pulley wear) .

Synchronization wire ropes mounted without load ensure the synchronization of the support arms.

Hydraulic unit mounted on top of the column saves space.

Asymmetrical column combination Execution in a lifting platform can be set up asymmetrically or symmetrically.

The support arms have a larger swivel range.

The flexibility is increased significantly. Vehicles with a short or long wheelbase can be lifted better.

The modern asymmetrical lifting column design enables a large drive-through width.

The asymmetrical installation (construction) ensures greater door clearance in front of or behind the lifting column.

The support arms are automatically locked when they are lifted. If the platform is completely lowered, this lock is released automatically and enables the car doors to be opened wide.

Support arms :

2x3-part short (front) can be pulled out twice

2x2-part, long (rear), can be pulled out once

ensure better recording options for the vehicles.

Pillar protection covers, door edge protection, limit switches, safety switches,

Double thread, 2-way height-adjustable turntable with rubber pad + plug adapter elevations complete the equipment.

Information on the soil requirements foundation statics:

Expansion of min length 4000 mm width 3000 mm depth 350 mm.

Concrete of strength class C20 / 25 according to DIN1045: 2001-D7 double reinforced

The depth of the foundation must be at least for a 2 post lift with identical load capacity

200 mm .

For your own safety, don't let your competitors convince you that one concrete strength

From 100-150mm is sufficient! From a static point of view, it does not matter from which provider you get the 2 post lift

Always the same soil requirements!
